Jens Hörmann

Jens Hörmann has been advising on M&A and private equity transactions for more than 20 years, also in the infrastructure and healthcare sectors. Furthermore, he has a great deal of experience in carve-out situations. He is regularly listed and recommended in relevant rankings.
