Before joining O+Z, Jenny served as head of litigation at both the Recording Industry Association of America and Sony Music, where she oversaw significant matters involving online piracy, copyright, trademark, breach of contract, false advertising, and royalty issues, including major lawsuits against Napster, Grokster, LimeWire, and MP3.com. She also spent nine years at the Motion Picture Association, where she worked extensively on copyright policy and ran the DMCA notice-and-takedown program known as the Copyright Alert System. Earlier in her career, she was a senior litigator at two leading New York firms, representing Fortune 500 companies in state and federal courts nationwide.
