Biography
Jennifer Nault practises employment and labour law. She advises employers and represents them before various administrative and civil tribunals on collective and individual labour relations. She focuses more particularly on matters regarding interpreting and applying collective agreements, labour standards, employment termination, the certification process, labour conflicts, privacy, human rights and freedoms, workplace discrimination, as well as non-competition and non-solicitation covenants. She also advises on issues concerning unionized and non-unionized labour in connection with mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructurings. Jennifer represents employers before the relevant labour law forums, in particular the Administrative Labour Tribunal, grievance arbitrators, the Human Rights Tribunal and courts of law.
