Jennifer Hanna

Jennifer Hanna is a tax lawyer in Calgary, Alberta, who advises clients on corporate and international tax matters. Her practice includes cross-border expansion, acquisitions and divestitures, post-acquisition integrations, corporate reorganizations, debt restructuring, financings, and Indigenous taxation issues.

Before joining McLeod Law LLP, Jennifer served as senior tax counsel at a national law firm and as an international tax partner at a national accounting firm. She advises clients in a range of industries, including infrastructure, oil and gas, mining, real estate, and technology. Jennifer also writes and speaks on Canadian corporate tax and international tax topics.
