Jennifer Haley-Gleason is a shareholder in Carr Allison’s Tallahassee (FL) office where her practice focuses on workers’ compensation and general litigation. She has practiced law for over 25 years and has defended employers and carriers in workers’ compensation cases throughout Florida, including mediations, hearings, depositions, evidentiary and non-evidentiary hearings and preparing and arguing appeals.
Licensed to practice law in Florida and Georgia, Jennifer is certified to practice in the US District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. The US Department of Veterans Affairs certified her to prosecute claims before their Administrative Hearing Department, and she has argued cases in Florida before the First District Court of Appeals and the Law Enforcement Qualifications Board. She is also a Florida Board Certified Attorney in Workers’ Compensation.
A 1996 graduate of Stetson University College of Law (FL), Jennifer clerked with the US Attorney’s Office – Civil Division in Tampa, Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Judge David Demers, Orange County Florida’s County Attorney’s Office and the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit’s Public Defender’s Office. She also earned her bachelor’s degree from Stetson University.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their golden retriever.
