Jennifer F. Hillman

Jennifer F. Hillman is a partner at Rivkin Radler LLP in Uniondale, New York, and is a member of the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group. Her practice focuses on Litigation – Trusts and Estates and Trusts and Estates, with an emphasis on fiduciary, trust, and estate litigation. She regularly represents clients in both contested and uncontested Surrogate’s Court proceedings, including accounting proceedings, probate and will contests, discovery proceedings, and commercial litigation involving estates and trusts.

Jennifer’s work frequently involves the review of the conduct of trustees, executors, and other fiduciaries, as well as matters concerning the protection, recovery, and administration of estate and trust assets. She advises individuals, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries through all stages of estate and trust disputes, from pre-litigation counseling through trial and resolution.

In addition to her litigation practice, Jennifer is a frequent speaker on probate, trust, and estate litigation topics. She has lectured for the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association, the Judicial Institute, and other professional organizations.

Jennifer has co-written numerous articles published in the New York Law Journal and serves as a contributor to the LexisNexis Estate Practice and Elder Law Community, where she addresses current issues and developments affecting trust and estate litigation.
