Jennifer joined Greg Monforton & Partners as an associate lawyer in 2004 and became a full partner of the firm in 2013.

Jen’s practice focuses primarily on representing persons injured in car crashes, slip & falls and medical malpractice. She has extensive experience in catastrophic injury claims and statutory accident benefits.

Jen is also active in the community. She teaches automobile insurance law to upper year law students at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and is co-chair of the Windsor Civil Bench and Bar Committee.

In 2018, Jen was elected to the Board of Directors of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA) and is currently a member of OTLA’s Executive. Through her work with OTLA, Jen has been involved in numerous submissions to, and consultations with, the Ontario Government, the License Appeal Tribunal and the Civil Rules Committee.

In July 2021, Jen was honoured to be appointed to the Ontario Civil Rules Committee by the Honourable Geoffrey B. Morawetz, Chief Justice of the Superior Court of Justice.

Before joining Greg Monforton & Partners, Jen articled and was an associate lawyer at Fraser, Milner, Casgrain LLP (now Dentons LLP) in Toronto. While in Toronto, Jen's practice was primarily focused on corporate/commercial litigation and insurance defence litigation.

Jen is an extremely organized and caring lawyer who works hard to ensure her clients receive the compensation they deserve in a fast and efficient manner.
