Jennifer Behm

Jennifer Behm is a Partner at Berardi Immigration Law, where her career embodies one of the firm's proudest success stories. Jennifer first joined the firm as a Legal Intern during law school, and her exceptional analytical abilities and dedication to the practice quickly made her an indispensable part of the team. Today, she is recognized as a driving force behind the firm's continued evolution and success, as well as a trusted mentor in the ongoing education of its workforce.

Known throughout the firm as "The Analytical One," Jennifer brings a meticulous, intellectually curious approach to every matter she handles. Whether she is counseling clients, drafting noteworthy petitions, or developing office-wide legal guidance, Jennifer thrives on diving deep into the nuances of evolving immigration policy. Her colleagues celebrate her as a natural leader who refuses to settle for the status quo and as a trusted advisor on the firm's most complex cases. Among her recent accomplishments, Jennifer successfully secured an E visa for an investor client by translating a convoluted web of ownership and funding structures into a clear, compelling presentation; the kind of intricate work where her analytical strengths shine.

Jennifer's practice focuses on a full range of U.S. immigration matters, with particular depth in employment-based visas, investor visas, and complex business immigration cases. She is admitted to practice in New York and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and The American Chamber of Commerce – Peel-Halton-Niagara Region. She is also a co-founder of the Immigration Law Committee of the Western New York Women's Bar Association, where she helps cultivate community and professional development among women practicing in the field.

Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh.
