Biography
Jennifer Claymon is Managing Partner at the newly-created Austin law firm of Reed, Claymon, Meeker & Hargett, PLLC. Jennifer specializes in health and employment law, representing everything from large hospitals to small businesses. She has practiced health law in Texas since 1998 and is Board Certified in Health Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Jennifer’s practice focuses on administrative and health law related to hospitals, physicians and other health care providers, and she advises health care clients on a wide range of organizational and regulatory issues. Jennifer has worked extensively with healthcare facilities in drafting and revising governing body bylaws and medical staff bylaws, compliance plans, employee handbooks and policies and procedures. Jennifer also advises clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws.
