She practices at both the trial court and appellate levels, representing clients in a wide range of complex commercial disputes, helping them navigate the legal ramifications of their businesses. Ms. Hradil has litigated all varieties of business disputes, including business tort, professional malpractice, breach of contract, antitrust, securities, restrictive covenant, and unfair competition matters.
Ms. Hradil has significant experience seeking and opposing applications for emergent and other injunctive relief and has also represented clients in class action and multi-district litigation. She additionally brings her substantial litigation experience to bear when advising clients in advance of litigation as to their contractual rights and obligations.
