JENNIFER A. BASCIANO is a principal of Brody Wilkinson and is a member of the firm’s Trusts & Estates Group. Jennifer guides clients through their estate planning options and works with them to develop individualized estate plans that are tailored to the goals of each client. In addition, Jennifer has particular expertise advising clients in the area of Estate Settlement for both Connecticut and New York estates, which provides her with a unique perspective and allows her to provide valuable guidance to clients as they consider details of their own estate plan. Lastly, Jennifer is experienced advising clients in the area of elder law.
Jennifer is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and New York. She is a member of the American, Connecticut, New York and Fairfield County Bar Associations and is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America© in the field of Trusts and Estates in 2026.
Jennifer received her B.A. from Lehigh University in 1997 and her J.D. from the University of Connecticut Law School in 2000, where she was a member of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal.
Jennifer serves on the Board of Directors of Lakeview Cemetery Association located in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
