Jeffrey S. Sloan

Jeff Sloan and his team at Workplace Legal have been representing us for about 5 years now. While dealing with legal issues, complex employee situations and compliance with CA law can be quite challenging, Jeff truly makes this as stress free as possible. He is incredibly detail oriented and picks up on the little nuances of each situation, while also being able to see the big picture and the impact each decision will have on our organization both short term and long term. He is highly strategic in his approach and with his guidance, taking the time to understand every unique situation, and welcomes collaboration when exploring different alternatives and possible solutions. He truly understands the law, and how to use it towards your advantage. His team is equally knowledgeable, helpful and truly care about providing exceptional service to their clients. I know we can rely on Jeff and his team, as they have proven to be very responsive and make themselves available whenever we need their help. The cherry on top is that he has a great sense of humor and awesome personality. Despite the challenging situations that have come up along the way, our calls and meetings always feel very positive, optimistic, and like I not only have a great lawyer on my side, but also like I have a super smart friend who has my back!
