Jeffrey S. Greener represents individuals, families, business owners, and nonprofit organizations in matters involving Elder Law, Trusts and Estates, estate planning, and business succession planning. Based in Uniondale, New York, Jeff advises clients on strategies designed to help protect, preserve, and transfer wealth across generations at Rivkin Radler.
Jeff’s practice includes the preparation of wills, trusts, health care directives, durable powers of attorney, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, and buy-sell agreements. He also assists clients with asset protection planning, long-term care planning, and special needs planning, as well as matters involving Medicaid eligibility, government benefits, retirement distributions, probate, estate administration, and real property transfers.
With more than 25 years of legal experience, Jeff counsels clients on a broad range of Trusts and Estates and Elder Law matters. He regularly advises individuals and families on estate and tax-related issues, including Internal Revenue Service audits and other tax controversies, while also assisting business owners with business formations, dissolutions, and limited liability company and partnership matters.
