Jeffrey R. Goldfine

Jeff Goldfine is a litigation partner in Kirkland’s New York office. Jeff has a varied practice, representing private equity and other investment firms, public and private companies, boards of directors, and individuals in state and federal courts and before arbitration tribunals throughout the country. Jeff has experience in the courtroom and the boardroom, counseling clients on a multitude of issues including business disputes, M&A litigation, corporate governance, restructurings, and securities litigation.
