Jeffrey Meltzer is a Member of the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department. He has a broad range of commercial real estate experience and focuses his practice on the acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing of commercial properties throughout the United States, including shopping centers, office/industrial buildings, apartment complexes, manufacturing facilities, and vacant land for development, in both single-asset and portfolio transactions. He represents institutional lenders and borrowers in commercial mortgage loan transactions (both conventional and securitized), and is experienced with various asset types, including retail, office, hotel, multifamily, and industrial properties, as well as alternative methods of financing including mezzanine loans and preferred equity. He also represents both landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions involving retail shopping centers, office and industrial buildings, with a particular emphasis on retail space in the NY/NJ metropolitan area.
