Jeffrey Lieser

As a founding partner of Lieser Skaff, attorney Jeffrey Leiser focuses his practice on commercial litigation, construction litigation, and commercial real estate litigation. A skilled trial attorney and certified civil mediator, Jeff brings extensive experience to his representation of clients involved in complex legal disputes, including class actions and high-stakes business conflicts in both state and federal courts.

Recognized by peers and industry leaders, Jeff has repeatedly been named among Florida’s Legal Elite (2017–2022), selected as a Super Lawyer (2021–2024), and included Florida Trend magazine’s exclusive “Legal Elite, Notable Managing Partners” (2024-2025). His commitment to professional service includes membership on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee and an appointment to Tampa’s Civil Service Board by Mayor Jane Castor in 2023.

Beyond private practice, Jeff serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve J.A.G. Corps, where he acts as Brigade Judge Advocate for the Army Reserve’s Interrogation Group and has received the Defense Meritorious Service Medal. A graduate of the University of Florida College of Law, Jeff frequently authors and presents on litigation and mediation topics, contributing to publications such as Law.com, the Florida Bar Journal, and the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
