Jeff’s practice primarily focuses on real estate, municipal law, corporate and commercial matters, and banking.
A key member of our Municipal Law Team, Jeff’s practice encompasses advising clients on subdivision and development, real estate, and general municipal matters. In addition, he regularly provides Subdivision and Development Appeal Board training to new and returning clerks and members.
Working with public and private organizations, Jeff has in-depth knowledge of a wide range of real estate issues, including residential and commercial transactions, financing and security, new condominium projects, and leasing.
Jeff’s business law practice ranges from simple transactions to complex advice. He regularly represents vendors and purchasers in share and asset transactions, reorganizations, and provides general advice to corporations and other entities.
Prior to law school, Jeff worked as a golf professional at the Royal Mayfair Golf Club. He is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time on the course with clients.
