Jeff Adams is a skilled litigator with extensive experience in the areas of products liability, technology, commercial litigation, professional malpractice, and premises liability. He defends clients in high-stakes cases involving claims of wrongful death or catastrophic injury, substantial economic losses, and damage to real property. He also regularly defends automobile manufacturers against claims brought under Georgia’s Lemon Law.

Jeff has represented clients in courts across Georgia, on appeal, and in numerous mediations and arbitrations. Jeff earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University. He was an executive editor for the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal, where his article Rewriting 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(16): The Problems of Delayed Foreclosure and Judicial Activism was published.

When not at work, Jeff enjoys spending time on the lake with his family and watching hockey.
