Jeff Cohen is the Managing Partner of Torkin Manes LLP in Toronto, Ontario, with more than 35 years of experience advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. His practice includes Corporate Law, Leveraged Buyouts and Private Equity Law, and Venture Capital Law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, business transactions, financings, and corporate structuring.

Jeff acts for entrepreneurs, investors, private companies, high net worth individuals, and not-for-profit organizations across a variety of industries.
