Jeff Wolf is a partner in Quarles & Brady's Commercial Litigation and Franchise and Distribution Industry Groups. His national litigation practice focuses on representing franchisors, manufacturers and marketers of products and services in a variety of matters. During his near 30 year career, Mr. Wolf has handled a significant number of franchise and dealer termination and non-renewal cases, as well as more complex disputes having a system-wide impact, including both franchisee and consumer class actions. He also has substantial experience litigating and arbitrating cases involving fraud, unpaid royalties and license fees, state and federal dealership laws, vicarious liability, encroachment, unfair competition and trademark infringement.
Mr. Wolf regularly appears in courts and arbitration proceedings throughout the United States. His clients include companies of all sizes, from startups and smaller franchise systems to the world’s most recognized franchisors.
In addition to franchise matters, Mr. Wolf regularly litigates and tries cases involving claims for breach of contract, as well as matters arising from partnership and shareholder, real estate, leasing, employment and software licensing disputes. He also represents several behavioral health care companies in general legal matters and serves as outside general counsel to several Phoenix-based behavioral health care providers.
