Jeffrey Chase-Lubitz is a Rhode Island attorney providing general corporate and regulatory legal services, as well as strategic advice, to healthcare clients. In his 25 years of practice, Jeff has advised all manner of healthcare organizations in their corporate, transactional, regulatory, compliance and contracting needs. Jeff serves as general corporate counsel to the state medical society, the area’s largest home and hospice care provider, and a national leader in behavioral health managed care, along with a number of entrepreneurial healthcare enterprises and multi-specialty physician practices. Examples of recent client projects include health facility licensure, certificate of need and change of ownership approvals; hospital-physician acquisitions; accountable care contract development; healthcare fraud investigations; and corporate compliance reviews and training.
