Jeffrey Bils, Esq. is a Senior Attorney at Wilshire Law Firm PLC in Los Angeles, California. For more than nine years, he has represented employees in complex workplace disputes involving employment class actions, representative actions, and single-plaintiff employment matters. His practice includes Labor and Employment Law - Management and Litigation - Labor and Employment, with a focus on helping clients address wage and hour disputes, workplace rights issues, and other employment-related claims.
Jeffrey is known for his thoughtful and client-focused approach to litigation. He works closely with clients throughout each stage of the legal process, taking time to understand their concerns and advocate for practical solutions. Early in his legal career, Jeffrey helped represent plaintiffs in a class action matter that resulted in a $1.5 million settlement. That experience reinforced his commitment to representing employees whose workplace concerns may otherwise go unheard.
“Each person we represent is uniquely important. Each and every one deserves our full attention and best efforts. By first listening, then giving voice to those who may have felt voiceless before, we have the privilege of being able to make a positive difference in people’s lives.”
Before becoming an attorney, Jeffrey worked as a newspaper journalist, where he regularly interacted with attorneys involved in business, court, political, and community matters. Those experiences, along with growing up in a family with strong ties to the legal profession, inspired him to pursue a career in law. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law.
Jeffrey remains active in the legal community and is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, where he serves on the Board of Governors and previously served as Chair of the Labor & Employment Law Section Executive Committee. He is also a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA).
Outside of his legal practice, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with family, traveling, writing, and practicing meditation techniques.
