Biography
Jeff Hage is an attorney in Peckar & Abramson PC’s Dallas, Texas office, where he focuses his practice on Commercial Litigation and Litigation – Construction. With more than 35 years of experience, Jeff represents clients in complex construction and commercial litigation matters involving significant financial and operational issues. His work spans matters throughout Texas, as well as cases across the United States and in international forums.
Jeff represents clients in the construction, real estate, energy, and banking and finance industries. His practice includes disputes involving construction projects, fiduciary and trust issues, environmental matters, real estate conflicts, and partnership and business disputes. He has tried cases in state, federal, bankruptcy, and appellate courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Jeff’s clients include general contractors, public and private companies, financial institutions, and individual business owners. He is known for his practical approach to litigation and for providing clear, strategic guidance tailored to each client’s goals.
In addition to his litigation practice, Jeff is actively involved in the legal and business communities. His service includes roles as Chair of the Dallas Bar Foundation Fellows, Trustee of the Dallas Bar Foundation, Co-Chair of the Judiciary Committee of the Dallas Bar Association, Co-Chair of the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the Dallas Bar Association, Co-Chair of the Tortious Interference Subcommittee and the Business Torts Committee of the American Bar Association, and Member of the Dallas Bar Association Probate, Trusts and Estates Section. He is also a Master in the W.M. “Mac” Taylor, Jr. American Inn of Court, a Life Fellow of the American Bar Association, and a Trustee of the Dallas Theater Center.
Jeff has been named a Best Lawyer for nine consecutive years. He is admitted to practice in Texas, the Supreme Court of Texas, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas, the Supreme Court of the United States, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Sixth Circuits. He has also been admitted pro hac vice in California and Michigan. Jeff earned his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law.
