Q&A
How can I pay for an attorney?
We handle our personal injury, malpractice, and wrongful death cases on a contingency fee basis, meaning that you will pay nothing until we obtain money for you.
In what ways can you help us after a personal injury has forever changed our lives?
Truly, we have many clients who have impacted our lives so significantly that we keep in touch and follow their progress as they move forward with their lives after their legal case is successfully resolved.
Imagine having your leg crushed so badly in a truck accident that you have to undergo two surgeries to insert multiple pins and have a rod hammered into the bone just to stabilize the femur. Unfortunately, the first rod inserted into the bone didn’t accomplish the desired effect, so the rod had to be removed and surgically reinserted. Imagine the great pain, the months of therapy and recovery, and the frustration of knowing you can never return to the type of work you have performed for decades.
Jeff Robinette was able to obtain a great enough settlement to pay this man’s medical bills in their entirety and money enough to start a new business so he could work and live a productive life even with his permanent impairment.
Before founding the Robinette Legal Group, PLLC in 1999, Mr. Robinette was a partner at a leading West Virginia insurance defense law firm, where he gained valuable insight into the insurance industry’s claims settlement practices. Over time, he realized that his sympathies lay with the truly injured, rather than the insurance companies attempting to deny, delay, and diminish the valid claims of permanently injured individuals. For the past decade, Mr. Robinette has exclusively represented injured plaintiffs and their families, helping them secure the justice and financial compensation they need and deserve.
Jeff Robinette is involved in his church, an avid tennis player and golfer, and has a professional racing license to compete on the fast track in his Mustang race car. His wife of nearly 40 years and nine children are his greatest joy.
Mr. Robinette also loves to give back to our Morgantown community.
Jeff Robinette has achieved the status of National Board Certified Trial Attorney, National Top One Percent for Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice, Super Lawyer, Martindale-Hubbell AV Rating, Avvo 10.0.
