Jeffery A. "Jeff" Dailey

Jeffery A. Dailey is a founding partner of Dailey LLP in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Before co-founding the firm in 2019, Jeff practiced for nearly two decades at Akin, where he served as a partner. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, complex business disputes, arbitration, and internal investigations involving mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and investor disputes, and claims between businesses and their clients.

Throughout his career, Jeff has represented accounting firms, publicly traded companies and their directors and officers, privately held businesses, private equity funds and portfolio companies, investment research and rating firms, and national retailers in high-stakes litigation and arbitration matters. He works with clients across a wide range of industries to address business disputes efficiently and strategically.
