Jeff Napoli

Jeff Napoli is dedicated to the areas of employment and tort litigation. Before establishing Gilroy Napoli Short, Jeff served as a Deputy District Attorney at the Washington County District Attorney’s Office, where he gained substantial trial experience by handling over 50 cases. He currently applies his extensive trial knowledge to achieve favorable outcomes for his clients.

In the field of employment law, Jeff has a strong focus on wrongful termination and discrimination, sexual harassment, racial harassment, retaliation, and whistleblowing cases. His tort litigation emphasis includes serious injury and accident cases, covering auto accidents, bicycle accidents, premise liability, and wrongful death cases. Jeff Napoli has successfully recovered over $2.5 million for his clients in the past 18 months.

Jeff is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Oregon and the United States District Court for the District of Oregon. He is also a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and the Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington County Bar Associations.

Jeff Napoli graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1998. He earned his undergraduate degree from Willamette University in 1993, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Speech Communication.
