Jeff E. Wright is Florida Bar Board Certified in City, County & Local Government Law and chairs Henderson Franklin’s Land Use & Environmental Law Department. He represents private property owners, developers, investors and telecommunications companies in land use entitlements, zoning, permitting and matters involving local government entities. He also advises clients on Florida’s Sunshine Law and Public Records Law.
Jeff has worked with Florida land use and comprehensive planning matters since 2006. Before entering private practice, he served as an Assistant County Attorney in Collier County, where he handled growth management and land use matters. His experience in local government provides valuable perspective when helping clients navigate development approvals and regulatory issues.
Jeff is active in Southwest Florida’s real estate and development community and is a member of the Real Estate Investment Society and Collier County Building Industry Association. He has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® for Land Use and Zoning Law since 2025.
