Jeb Golinkin

A trial lawyer who takes pride in every aspect of his practice, Jeb Golinkin is experienced in all aspects of the litigation process, from pre-lawsuit counseling through trial.

Mr. Golinkin previously served as lead trial lawyer in a successful commercial arbitration trial and has obtained numerous favorable jury verdicts as a volunteer prosecutor for the City of Houston. He is an effective writer and advocate, and he regularly briefs and argues motions—including dispositive motions—in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Golinkin began his career as a law clerk to United States District Judge James R. Nowlin in the Austin Division of the Western District of Texas. There, he served as Judge Nowlin’s Briefing Attorney on cases involving subjects such as securities fraud, insider trading, the constitutionality of regulations concerning online gambling, allegations of unlawful retaliation, and questions involving matters of complex contractual interpretation. That experience enabled him to provide valuable insights into the judiciary system and weigh-in on complex issues his current clients face in litigation.

A graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, Mr. Golinkin is licensed to practice in the state of Texas, as well as before the United States Court of Appeals for the fifth and ninth circuits, and the United States district courts for the Southern and Western districts of Texas.
