I care deeply about my clients and their concerns. When issues arise, I work strategically and efficiently to identify the root cause of the problem, craft and implement an approach that gains the most optimal outcome, and follow up with clients to ensure that their projects are moving along as smoothly as possible. Clients say they appreciate my willingness to politely push back when they’re on the verge of making emotion-based decisions that aren’t in the best interests of their organizations and their financial well-being.
Focusing her practice on construction law and litigation, Jeanne Harrison maintains a national practice that’s concentrated on Georgia and Tennessee. She represents contractors, construction managers, major trade contractors, sureties, architects, and engineers in disputes involving payments, construction defects, contract issues, and other matters. She also drafts and negotiates contracts for her clients.
On the regulatory side, Jeanne helps keep companies compliant with state and federal OSHA regulations and advocates for them in OSHA hearings after violations have occurred. A highly responsive and detail-oriented lawyer, Jeanne enjoys the strategic planning and competitive aspects of litigation. She relishes the chance to advocate for her clients around the negotiation table or in the courtroom when that’s the most prudent course of action to further their business objectives.
With valuable experience in various aspects of electronic discovery, Jeanne uses digital review platforms to research, review and code documents and to identify, review, and redact privileged information. She also drafts responses to electronic discovery requests.
