The tax departmnt is best known for its skills in real estate taxation, tax structures in mergers and acquisitions, and tax assistance in tax audits and tax litigations.
The tax department equally divides its activity between advice and litigation for corporations and managers. Ever since the setting up of BG2V in June 2010, it has worked closely with the corporate law department with Roland Guény, Stanislas Richoillez, Hervé de Kervasdoué, Camille de Verdelhan and Jérome Albertin.
The tax team also focuses on the Property sector with prestigious clients such as Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, AEW, Nuveen Group. Together with the real estate department it is significantly developing as a key-player in the property sector.
Partner, Jean-Marc Valot is a regular lecturer in his areas of practice at conferences and presentations and the author of numerous articles published in specialized press (Option Finance).
