Jean-Sébastien Cloutier practises in various areas of employment and labour law. He advises employers on labour relations, particularly individual and collective labour relations, labour standards, industrial accidents and occupational diseases, occupational health and safety, human rights and freedoms, administrative law and litigation under the Act respecting labour relations, vocational training and workplace management in the construction industry (Bill R-20).

Mr. Cloutier often appears before administrative tribunals with jurisdiction in employment and labour matters and before the civil courts. He acts in judicial review files involving challenges to the decisions of administrative tribunals. He also acts in matters relating to statutory offences in the area of occupational health and safety.

Mr. Cloutier is the Local Chair for the Employment and Labour Group of the Quebec City office.
