Her work includes advising on financing and refinancing for healthcare, educational, cultural, and governmental facilities, as well as single-family housing revenue bonds and multifamily housing projects.
Jean regularly counsels issuers and 501(c)(3) organizations on matters involving tax-exempt bonds, IRS audits, post-issuance compliance, Schedule K reporting for Form 990, and remedial actions related to bond-financed property dispositions. She also advises local authorities throughout New York State on governance, contract negotiation, state law compliance, and real property matters.
