Jean-François advises and represents clients in disputes involving contracts and professional negligence.Before joining Fasken, Jean-François practised with a national corporate law firm, where he focused on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and financing. He is asked to intervene and advise businesses specialized in investments and commercialization.
