Jean-François Noël

Jean-François is a partner in the Business Law Group in our Montreal office. He works in the technology, media and telecommunications industries, as well as in life sciences and health. He is particularly experienced in mergers and acquisitions, start-up companies, venture capital and business services.

Jean-François advises many companies – start-ups and well-established alike – in their various stages of growth, from inception to sale. He has a clear understanding of business and corporate world reality, which makes him a valuable resource person both within our firm and with contractors.
