Jean-François Adelle advises on general and structured financing of acquisitions, corporate, assets, asset based, projects (energy, telecom), international trade, debt mobilisation and flow management, debt issuance as well as debt restructuring, on behalf of banks, credit insurers, IFIs, investment funds and large groups. He also advises clients on regulatory matters, collateral, derivatives, credit disintermediation, issuance and marketing of financial instruments and trusts. He also advises on litigation before state or arbitration courts in disputes relating to financial transactions (financial sanctions, wrongful termination, enforcement, liability).
Jean-François Adelle is the author of numerous publications on banking and financial matters. He is Vice-Chairman of the Banking Law Committee of the International Bar Association and chairs the firm's Legal Opinions Committee. He has chaired the Trust and Security Commission of the Paris Europlace Law Committee, whose work has inspired several legislative reforms.
