Biography
Jean-Charles Simon has been developing his expertise in legal and litigation matters as well as in the area of distressed companies for more than 30 years. His expertise is recognized in disposals and acquisitions as well as amicable and judicial procedures relating to the "Loi de sauvegard" (French insolvency act). He is also actively involved in the international department and is in charge of Asia activities, particularly with China and South Korea.
