JD Hawkins focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and general corporate matters.
Before joining MMM, JD practiced at a boutique tax and wealth planning law firm. He received a bachelor’s degree in finance and law degree from the University of Georgia, where he served as the Senior Notes Editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. Currently, JD is pursuing his LL.M in Taxation from New York University.
