Jaye Stewart

Jaye Stewart is an associate in the Banking and Financial Services Group. His practice focuses on banking, commercial lending, corporate finance and related transactional work.

Jaye acts for borrowers and lenders in connection with a wide variety of domestic and cross-border secured and unsecured debt financing transactions, including syndicated and bilateral financings, acquisition financings, asset-based lending, note transactions, project financings, intercreditor arrangements and corporate reorganizations.

Jaye has experience in financing transactions across a wide range of industries, including energy, oil and gas, renewable power, agriculture, cannabis and fintech.

He also acts as agent counsel in providing advice on Canadian aspects of multi-jurisdictional financings.
