Previously, partner of Urrutia & Cía; Head of the Legal Office National Environmental Commission, Director of National Environmental Commission of Metropolitan Region and Secretary of Decontamination Commission of Metropolitan Region. Professor of Environmental Law at Universidad de Chile Law School and other re known postgraduate programs.
Head of the project development department, that provides strategic advice to clients in environmental law, from project design, throughout the project's life span. Experienced litigator in environmental matters.
He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and the Chilean Association of Environmental Law (ACHIDAM).
