Javier Sterling Sánchez

Javier Sterling holds a law degree from Universidad Panamericana and has more than 10 years of experience in the resolution of highly complex civil and commercial disputes. Since the beginning of his career, he has represented national and foreign clients before local and federal courts.

His high degree of specialization has allowed him to resolve conflicts between shareholders, either representing the company, the controlling shareholder and/or the minority group. In addition, Javier advises leading companies in the real estate sector, both in disputes related to the execution of works, the collection of amounts owed and/or in the enforcement of guarantees. Due to his high degree of commitment, Mr. Sterling has represented high profile clients in family disputes.

Javier is also actively represented in investment, transportation, public works and real estate arbitrations under institutional rules (ICC, CAM and CANACO) and ad hoc rules.
