Javier Moraga

Javier Moraga Henríquez is a Partner at Cuadra Vollmer & Cía, where he leads the firm's litigation area. His practice primarily focuses on civil and commercial lawsuits, as well as advising clients in disciplinary proceedings and claims before administrative authorities and courts of justice.

In addition to the above, Javier brings significant expertise in Commercial, Real Estate, and Regulatory Law. He particularly stands out for his proficiency in drafting and negotiating various types of contracts and providing guidance on the development of real estate and construction projects across diverse sectors. Moreover, he advises individuals, families, and companies on matters related to estate planning and a wide range of investment projects, including the incorporation and acquisition of companies, asset purchases, business restructuring, and financing.

Javier graduated from the Law School of the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Subsequently, he earned a Diploma in Economic Administrative Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Master's Degree in Law, specializing in Regulatory Law, from the same university.

In the academic sphere, Javier serves as a professor of Civil Law at the Law School of the Universidad de Santiago de Chile since 2022. Additionally, he has been an undergraduate professor of Civil Law and Business Law at the Faculty of Law and the Business School of the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez since 2022.
