Jason W. Anderson is a Seattle-based appellate attorney with more than two decades of experience handling appeals in Washington and Oregon state and federal courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. He focuses exclusively on appellate advocacy — including full briefing, oral argument, major motion work, and embedded appellate counsel services during trial proceedings to preserve error and position cases for review.
Anderson has represented clients in high-stakes commercial disputes, personal injury appeals, insurance coverage matters, and cases involving significant legal questions with broad precedential impact. He has represented more than a dozen Fortune 500 companies and secured landmark decisions before the Washington Supreme Court, including Matter of Estate of Petelle, 195 Wash.2d 661 (2020), and Keodalah v. Allstate Insurance Co., 194 Wash.2d 339 (2019).
Before entering private practice, Anderson clerked for the Washington Court of Appeals, Division Two. He graduated magna cum laude from Seattle University School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Seattle University Law Review.
