Jason co-chairs the Industrials & Manufacturing Litigation Team and frequently represents manufacturing and automotive clients in a variety of commercial disputes, including contract and warranty disputes, class actions, and product liability cases. Jason has successfully managed high-stakes litigation in federal and state courts throughout the country, including MDLs and large class actions. Jason has also represented Fortune 500 companies in plaintiff-side disputes with their suppliers, including serving on the trial team for a corporate plaintiff case where the jury awarded his client more than $90 million.
