Jason Ling

Jason Ling, founder and principal of Agape Henry Crux, is one of 56 Accredited Specialist Immigration Lawyers in Australia. A migrant himself, Jason combines exceptional legal expertise with a personal understanding of the immigration journey. His path to becoming the 41st Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law in NSW—after multiple failed attempts—reflects his “never give up” approach to even the most challenging cases.

With a legal career beginning in 2007, Jason brings a multidisciplinary background in litigation, family law, property, and administrative law, enabling him to assess matters from all angles. He runs a boutique practice that focuses on highly complex immigration matters, including s.501 character cases, visa cancellations, detention and removal, compliance audits, ART matters, judicial review, Ministerial Intervention and Federal Circuit Court. In addition, Jason serves on the NSW Specialist Accreditation Immigration Law Advisory Committee and the Capstone Assessment Review Panel, while also mentoring and training migration professionals across Australia.
