- Harold Umansky v. Barry Fox
The Wisconsin Supreme Court says an official at Camp Randall Stadium can be held liable for the 2003 death of a television cameraman. The court ruled 4-3 that a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the parents of the late ABC Sports cameraman Richard Umansky can move forward to trial. Umansky died after falling from a platform while installing a camera before a football game between Wisconsin and Iowa.
