Jason K. Gross

Jason K. Gross is a Member of the Sills Cummis & Gross Corporate Department. He also serves as Co-Chair of the Firm's International | U.S. Cross Border Practice Group and the Firm's Cannabis Industry Practice Group. As counsel to public and private companies, both national and international, he is actively involved in transactional matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, and corporate governance. Jason Gross acts as outside counsel for several U.S. subsidiaries of a multibillion-dollar, foreign manufacturing conglomerate, handling commercial transactions, operational and employment-related agreements, and business dispute resolution.
