Jason Harris is a Partner in the Corporate and Private M&A Group in Fasken’s Surrey office. He acts for entrepreneurs and professionals at all stages of business development, from start-up to cashing out. This includes best structures for early stage growth, business sales and acquisitions, and timely advice on exit strategies and business succession.

Corporate reorganizations and tax driven transactions are another focus of Jason’s practice, which includes changes to ownership structures, implementing amalgamations, wind-ups and asset transfers, estate freezes and all types of dividend distributions.
