Jason Giborski

Jason is the Co-Leader of the Emerging Technology and Venture Capital Group for the Alberta region and has experience advising clients in the technology and innovation sectors, including early-stage ventures and high-growth companies. Through this work, Jason helps founders navigate legal challenges from formation through to exit, offering strategic guidance on founder agreements, investment rounds, M&A, and governance.
