Jason E. Taylor is an experienced trial attorney and founder of Taylor | Serbin Injury Lawyers, P.C., with more than 30 years of experience representing individuals injured through negligence. Since beginning his legal career in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 1993, he has focused on personal injury litigation, including motorcycle accidents, motor vehicle collisions, catastrophic injuries, and other complex civil matters.
Taylor earned his undergraduate degree from Hobart College in Geneva, New York, completing his studies in three years. He later graduated with honors from American University's Washington College of Law. After beginning his legal practice, he co-founded a law firm in 1995 before establishing The Law Offices of Jason E. Taylor in 2005, which later became Taylor | Serbin Injury Lawyers.
Throughout his career, Taylor has developed extensive courtroom experience and a commitment to representing injured individuals against insurance companies and other defendants. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. His professional affiliations include the American Board of Trial Advocates, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has also served in leadership positions within several legal organizations.
Licensed to practice in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, Taylor approaches each case with thorough preparation and a focus on protecting his clients' interests. His personal experience as a longtime motorcycle rider also provides him with a unique perspective when representing individuals injured in motorcycle accidents.
Outside his legal practice, Taylor enjoys spending time with his family, riding motorcycles, hunting, fishing, and working around his farm.
