Jason D. Gregoire is chair of the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group at Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green PA in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. His practice focuses on Health Care Law and advising health care providers on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters affecting their organizations, practices, and professional responsibilities.
Jason counsels hospitals, physician practices, dental practices, behavioral health providers, and other health care organizations on regulatory compliance, privacy and data security, corporate governance, contracting, licensing, risk management, fraud and abuse matters, cyber security, and patient care issues. He also advises clients on operational and transactional matters involving health care businesses throughout New Hampshire and the region.
In addition, Jason represents physicians, dentists, nurses, and other medical professionals in employment and professional practice transitions, including employment agreement negotiations, associate buy-ins, practice sales, and acquisitions. He also represents licensed professionals before regulatory and licensure boards, including the Board of Medicine and Board of Nursing.
